Greetings to you in the name of our grate Lord Jesus Christ. Christian life is the blessed life because we have the true relationship with the God. God is not so far but He is near to us (Psalms 119:51). So, if you call Him He will answer you (Jeremiah 29:12). He is not only near to us He also lives in us.
The Bible says “Do you not know that you are a temple of God, and that the spirit of God dwells in you?” (1 Corinthians 3:16). Now there is no sanctuary in Jerusalem. God made us His dwelling place. So many will pray God like this “Heavenly my father, heaven is your throne and earth is your footstool. You are in heaven you will do what you desire”. No doubt He is in heaven.
Thousands and thousands of angels, four creatures, and twenty four elders are worshiping him. Seraphs and Cherubs around Him. Clearly Bible tells about this. But bible also tells us “He is in us” (1 John 4:4).
Paul wrote clearly to Corinthians “Examine your selves, whether ye be in faith; prove your own selves. Know we not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ in you, except we be reprobates?” (2 Corinthians 13:5). God promised us “… I will dwell in them, and walk among them …” (2 Corinthians 6:16). When you are praying are you expecting God’s answer from above or from in you? If God is in us is He not able to give answer from in us?
So many Christians are expecting miracles from above. But God is in you He will work from your inside. Christ dwells in our hearts by faith (Ephesians 3:17). Jesus said “At that day you shall know that I am in my father and you in me, and I in you” (John 14:20). We are united with God. Jesus and His father came to us because we loves and obey to Him (John 14:23).
Christ put all His glory and treasure in us by giving His Holy Spirit. “Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the spirit in our hearts” (1 Corinthians 1:22). Earnest the word came from “Arrhabon” in Greek. It means “part of the purchase money or property given in advance as security for the rest”. Halleluiah God gave advance to us for feature glory.
Some people says “Be filled with the spirit” bible also tells about this necessity (Ephesians 5:18). Be filled with the spirit means give the place to work from you. You have a choice to fill with spiritual things or fleshly things. Some are looking for fire tongues, anointing. Don’t look from above God put rivers of living water in you (John 7:38). You are already anointed (1 John 2:20). Holy Spirit came on the day of Pentecost as fire to equip his disciples for ministry.
Some Christians will pray for the spiritual gifts. Do you know the Holy Spirit is the author of spiritual gifts? So, don’t look for the gifts but receive the Holy Spirit, then not only one gift; but also every gift will operate in you. Some believes little anointing and more anointing. Holy Spirit entered in you completely. He is a person but not power. How can you measure a person as little and as more? In Old Testament Holy Spirit came upon the men’s (Judges 15:14; 1 Chronicles 12:18; Ezekiel 11:5) but in New Testament He came in us.
If God is in us do you know who He is? He is the creator. Everything is in Him. Riches, healing, deliverance, victory, strength, wisdom, anointing, and miracles whatever we need it will come from yours internal not from outer. May the God lit your eyes with His word. Be glad because He is in you. Say with joy Christ in me. Blessings
